Your visit

Feel free to come and browse our collections but an appointment is necessary for trying on gowns. We advise phoning ahead before travelling to us to avoid disappointment.

• 90 minute appointment fee £25.00 (redeemable against your dress if you purchase on your first visit).
  A payment link will be sent at the time of booking or you can pay over the phone. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been made. This fee is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. (Any refunds will be less the transaction fees)
• Need a second look? We offer a complimentary 45 minute appointment for you to come back and try your favourite dress again

We recommend bringing no more than 3 guests with you for your initial appointment and please ensure that you do not wear any fake tan products - it’s important to us that our dresses are kept as beautiful as possible for all of our brides. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

Parking

Roadside parking is available for 1 hour outside the shop or there are pay & display carparks in Emwell Street or the central car park.
